"The March has never been canceled because of extreme temperatures, and it won't be canceled tomorrow for that reason.” Monahan announced a few changes to the planned March events. Organizers had scheduled a brief concert by Matt Maher before the rally, from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. That is now canceled due to weather. Maher will instead perform briefly during the event, beginning at noon. The rally itself will also be shortened, to limit the amount of time marchers are exposed to the elements. “We are going to try to do an abbreviated rally, starting at noon and we will be marching hopefully by 12:45 at the latest,” Monahan told attendees of the annual Law of Life Summit. “So plan to come, plan to be very, very warm, and to hear about the wonderful theme of adoption.”

Lightning has broken a finger off the right hand of Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro. Father Omar, rector of the shrine that holds the statue, told the Globo radio station that lightning frequently strikes the nearly 100-foot tall statue, a symbol of Rio that overlooks the Brazilian city from the peak of the Corcovado mountain. Its right hand had been damaged sometime ago, but the finger finally broke off in a storm late Thursday. For Roman Catholic Bishops pleading with heretics to pray to God for rain is the height of folly. First if any one is paying attention to the words of Our Lady of La Salette then one would know that the only way to appease a vengeful God is with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. But no, instead of restoring the Latin Mass these wicked Bishops would rather ask the laity to appease God!

"Water is essential to who we are as human beings," said Bishop Jaime Soto of Sacramento, president of the California Catholic Conference of Bishops, in a Jan. 6 posting on the conference's website. "Our reliance on water reveals how much we are part of creation and creation is a part of us." Drought has not been officially declared in the state, but the shrinking levels of groundwater and reservoirs and a reduced snowpack are becoming increasingly evident. Bishop Soto offered a prayer all could say to ask for rain: "May God open the heavens and let his mercy rain down upon our fields and mountains. Let us especially pray for those most impacted by water shortages and for the wisdom and charity to be good stewards of this precious gift. May our political leaders seek the common good as we learn to care and share God's gift of water for the good of all." Hollywood has served us a bit of Hell.  Hollywood has spread a great moral pestilence over the land. Now the game is up. After the great modern day moral pestilence a physical pestilence will soon follow.

The above quote is from book I of the City of God chapters 31-33. Important to post all three chapters to understand that the pagan Romans were first tormented with physical pestilences, allowed by the Blessed Trinity to punish the errors of the pagans. Hell was allowed to spread the physical pestilences and Hell did a good job.

According to St. Augustine in order to rid themselves of the physical pestilence many Romans built theaters believing that that the gods enjoined the immoral games exhibited in their honor. The more immoral plays on display and the more Romans in attendance at these immoral plays honoring their gods would help stay the physical pestilence.

Scipio prohibited the theatre from being constructed, to prevent a moral pestilence.

Granted by the honor done to their gods the physical pestilence was stayed but because the Romans did not listen to Scipio and were then plagued with a greater moral pestilence.

Interesting to note is the role that hell played in first inflicting the physical pestilence only to stop it in order to inflict the Romans with a greater moral pestilence.

Ordering of torments:

1. Physical pestilence

2. Moral pestilence

The Blessed Trinity allowed the Romans to be tormented by one pestilence at a time using hell to spread first: the physical pestilence and then the greater moral pestilence.

In 2014 the ordering of pestilence is reversed. What the Romans suffered first, we will suffer second.

I hope you understand this. America is tormented by a great moral pestilence. This is the first pestilence.

The physical pestilence is yet to appear. You understand this?

If not, it is because the lot of you believe that you are healthy enough no to suffer any type of physical pestilence.

But the Blessed Mother has said differently. You will suffer.

The Mother of God warns the modern world of the coming physical pestilence:
